Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation (if applicable) 

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of your order. If 12 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t cancel your order or refund you. 

Defective Product

Send us a photo or video proving that the product arrived defective and our quality team will analyze it.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping.

Any shipping problems — for example, missing or incorrect items — must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: 

  • Products with a custom logo are not returnable.
  •  Book with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
